ABBA Committee and Board of Directors Meeting

The ABBA Executive Committee meeting will take place on May 5, at 5:00 pm. Committee Meetings take place Saturday, May 6 from 8-12 with the ABBA Board of Directors lunch and meeting to follow. All meetings are scheduled to take place at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Centr in Overton, TX.
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kilgore has been selected as the headquarter hotel. A special group rate of $100.00 per night plus tax has been received. Make your reservations by callling direct at 903-986-3533 and ask for the American Brahman Breeders block of rooms.
East Texas Regional Airport (GGG) is nearest to Kilgore (about 12 miles from the hotel)
Tyler Pounds Field is in Tyler (TYR) is located about 45 miles from hotel
East Texas Regional Airport is small and flights (American) are limited so Reserve Airline tickets ASAP (Flights are normally routed to Dallas then to East Texas Regional Airport (GGG).
