8 AM: ABBA Committee and Board of Directors Meetings, Ft Bend County Fairgrounds
4 PM: Check-in Deadline
6 PM: Welcome Dinner for All Exhibitor and Visitors at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Building C, Sponsored by Birds Creek Ranch Westhoff, Texas
WEDNESDAY – November 3
7 AM -11 AM: Weights & Measures, Group Classes, Semen & Pregnancy Check
8 AM: ABBA Registration & Digital Beef Training at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Club Room
10:30 AM: “How to Ship International and Market Cattle Internationally” presented by Josefina Muskus of Santa Elena Ranch in the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Club Room
3 PM – 9 PM: J.D. Hudgins Reception at their ranch in Hungerford, Texas. This event will include ranch tours followed by dinner and live entertainment.
THURSDAY – November 4
9 AM: Trade show opens in Building D
9 AM -NOON: Heritage Cattle Company “Family Field Day” at their ranch in Hungerford, Texas – This event will feature educational presentations, ranch tours, delicious food and a variety of vendor booths.
1 PM: American Brahman Breed of Excellence Seminar presented by the ABBA
3 PM: Meet and Greet “Legends of the Brahman Breed” at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds; featuring Bill Hudgins of J.D. Hudgins Ranch; Dinah Weil of HK Ranch; Billy Wayne Key (International Judge); Ken Stone of K Bar C Ranch and Will Detering of Detering Red Brahmans
4 PM: National Spotlight Sale Preview at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Sale Arena
5 PM: National Spotlight Pre-Sale Party at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Sale Arena
6 PM: National Brahman Spotlight Sale at the Ft Bend County Fairgrounds Sale Arena
FRIDAY – November 5
Open Show Judge: Jim Williams, V8 Ranch – Boling, TX
8 AM: Group Classes followed by OPEN Female Show
Junior Showmanship will start 30 minutes after the Open Female Show
