All entries in the East Texas State Fair Junior Shows (FFA and 4-H programs) must be completed online and mailed in by the CEA/AST. After registering please send a copy of the receipt along with the Livestock Exhibitor Participation Form signed by the exhibitor, parent/guardian and the club leader to the fair office. All payments must be received by September 14th.

All Open Show entries must be completed online and need to keep a copy of the receipt for record of payment. Nothing is to be mailed in to the Fair office.

The On-Time Entry Deadline, for all entries, is Wednesday, August 31, 2022. To be considered On-Time, entry must be made online using ShoWorks by the end of the day on August 31. Late Entries will be accepted on ShoWorks between Thursday, September 1 and Friday, September 3.

Junior Show entries will NOT be accepted after September 3.
